Blue "A" and "V"
  Stoners watching you if you have a
  Webcam or Audio.

Clicking on a user in Section #1 that has a "A" or "V" will make them drop into section #2.

When they are there the dock button
is active and you can move them to
the dock area under section #3.

You can dock 2 stoners and then click
on one more to move into Section #2.
